What's included in the free plan?
Everything except live trading. You get unlimited paper trading bots, all strategies, all exchanges, AI agents (bring your own API key), sentinel monitoring, backtesting, and full tick-speed execution. The only gate is running bots with real money.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Every new account automatically gets a 7-day Surge trial with no credit card required. You can run up to 5 live bots during the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch between plans at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your bots and configurations are preserved — you just can't run live bots until you subscribe. Paper trading remains fully available.
How is the bot limit enforced?
The limit applies to concurrently running live bots. Stopping a bot frees up a slot immediately. You can create and configure unlimited bots on any plan — the limit only applies when starting a live bot.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. We don't offer prorated refunds, but your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period.
